Hypnosis is a natural state of mind where the critical factor is relaxed, and selective thinking is maintained. This relaxed state allows communication between the conscious and subconscious mind. Selective thinking is commonly experienced as focused concentration.  

Hypnotherapy is an educational and self-improvement process that facilitates access to a person’s internal resources to solve problems, increase motivation, or alter behavior patterns to create beneficial change. Hypnosis is used to plant positive, healing ideas into the subconscious and reverse any negative thoughts or beliefs blocking you from achieving your goals. 

We will utilize an Integral Hypnotherapy approach in which we work together as co-therapist to achieve your desired results. This evidence-based approach has been scientifically validated by the National Institute of Health (NIH) funded research.
